Raz'nora quickly deflected the figure's sword blows, his lightning reflexes nearly as fast as the quarren-shaped figure. As it pulled out the blaster and began to shoot wildly, the Duron-Knights jumped high into the air and spun about, barely dodging the blaster bolts in time. Raz'nora quickly pressed the attack with his blade. After a minute of fighting though, he started to grow annoyed and called upon the sword's abilities. Quickly the corridor grew darker and darker till you could only see a few feet in front of you at the most.
Raz'nora jumped back and circled the disguised droid, attempting to appear as a hard-to-see shade while he could see as easily as before. In seconds, he continued the attack, taking on the droid once more with this new advantage, which seemed to affect both his vision and mind, causing panic to slowly approach. Knicking the droid's arm, he growled in frustration and sliced again, while the Knights approached from the rear and attacked as well.

Tandrex nodded slowly, kneeling down as quickly as he could despite the pain. "It must mean the newly arrived Dark Ones... We could feel them from afar... This is not good... Master." Considering his next words, he continued. "How shall we get the other beings to agree with us? They either wish to fight us or don't have interest with us, or even know we exist yet... So how would we convince then to join us in negotiations, let alone work together in a united war-front?"

"You must convince them that your... Resurrection has given you a change of heart. That you want to make up for your evil deeds. Most likely, the other Sith that have come will not be swayed by this, which would be unfortunate, but I believe the rest of them will accept you, though you will still have to prove yourself. We must wait until they engage in a large confrontation-- a space battle, most likely-- and then just as they began to lose, you intervene. We have an exceptionally large fleet hidden away, which, though archaic, is quite powerful, even in this age of new technologies. And, I'm sure, that you have some sort of technological knowledge that can go into a few upgrades."
~~~~~~~~~~
Tessek fought against the Dark Being's manipulation. He was using the Force, though in a way different then Tessek had ever seen, and his power was too great. Everything was getting darker, and the droid's Night Vision wasn't helping at all. It was all in Tessek's mind; his Force Presence....
As the Harbinger's sword clanged off of Tessek's metal arm, an idea hit him. He suddenly cut his connection to the droid, which automatically engaged it's defensive protocols. Now that it would be unaffected by his mind-control, Tessek was sure it would put up quite a fight.
He could feel the effects of the Harbinger's mind-control fading, and so he just stayed there in the reclined chair and waited...
Tandrex nodded. "We will definitely provide you with new technology, as upgrades for your own... Now, how shall we proceed from here?"
OOC: Most lame post.... of all time....
-----------------------------------------------------
Raz'nora spun about as the figure suddenly got a nick in his own armor, right in the side. Luckily not penetrating far, he brought up his blade to deflect the figure's blade away, then brought in his own attack. At the same time, the Knights attacked. One came at the rear with his blade, stabbing the figure in the back while the other took out his pistol and got a precise shot.
All three were surprised when the hologram failed and revealed it to be a droid. It quickly retaliated, slicing into the pistol-wielding Knight's arm and hitting Raz'nora in the side with a flailing fist. They quickly finished it off, all breathing hard while the Knights took care of the wounded arm. Raz'nora glanced down at the now-twitching droid, before looking up and about. Growling to himself, he helped the uninjured Knight pick up the injured one, and head to the now damaged hanger bay, where the few survivors lay groaning and the returning squads were forming up around the destroyed gunship. Raz'nora glanced about. "Let's go. Find us a gunship and were flying out of here. How many charges were planted?" A sergeant quickly yelled out. "10 sir!" Nodding, Raz'nora replied. "Good." He walked up and sat down, checking his armor while the squads mobilized and started searching the nearby gunship and fighter slots for a extra one.
"Now, my Apprentice," The Master said. "We begin your training." ~~~~~~~~~~ In a different Universe, hours ago... ~~~~~~~~~~ "We checked, My Lord, and the reports were accurate. Kamino is indeed missing. The entire planet is gone. The Experiment is nowhere to be found, and Doctor Hesh's apartment on Coruscant has been cleaned out." "Traitor..." Abotim muttered. "Have the team send back the data from the scans. From them, along with the scans from Serindipidal we should be able to determine where the Experiment is." "As you wish, Emperor Jokanah." ~~~~~ Hours later... ~~~~~ Abotim listened to the hum of the Universal Drive warming up. It had been a low-pitched hum at first, barely audible, but had since gotten louder and higher in pitch. The entire world was vibrating along with it. Any second now.... There was a blinding flash, and the humming and vibrating died. Abotim looked up through the glass roof of his throne room, and saw that the stars had changed. "It worked! Now, dispatch the Recon Star Destroyers Carnage and Outburst. We will find that traitor, if it takes forever." Abotim leaned back. "Because now, we have control of time..." ~~~~~ Present time... ~~~~~ Admiral Kar'lav ran to the bridge of the Carnage. They had arrived at their second checkpoint, and had come out just outside of a huge space battle. And, being a historian, Kar'lav recognized several of the ships. "Sith Interdictors?! Centurion-class Battlecruisers?! Get me a scan of those sh--" He was stopped midsentence as some sort of weapon, coming from a strange red-colored ship, struck the shields. "All power to the shields! Return fire! Launch TIEs!"
The Harbinger Fleet, now battered and damaged, began to come into a tighter formation. Following protocols set by Raz'nora himself, the fleet commanders organized what was left of the fighter, bomber and gunship squadrons into a effective fighter screen. Holding off enemy fighters and smaller ships, they were left to mingle among the fleet. The capital vessels were a differant story. The Duron's were called back, who now flew on the outer edge of the formation, a large bubble formation. Durons and all squadrons were in the outter bubble shell, holding off enemy ships, while the Drautors and Quentaras were in the center layers, forming a continual wave after wave of firepower and shields, protecting each other and still dealing damage.
As the Recon Star Destroyer came out of no where, several ships opened fire on it, with both MAC's, particle beams, missiles, plasma-lasers, everything, though as they were firing at two other fleets as well, the concentration wasn't too big.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Raz'nora and his team loaded up onto the captured gunship they had found. Launching out, they quickly set off the charges and flew towards the awaiting fleet. Raz'nora, of course, was getting very annoyed at the current events. While he could definitely take on this many enemies at once, it wasn't easy. And as this wasn't even a normal battle fleet, the odds weren't on their side, especially as enemies kept appearing to surround them and continue attacking.
His ships were getting ground to dust slowly but surely.... Growling in frustration, he pulled himself up the narrow insides of the gunship to the cockpit. "Send off a message to the fleet. Prepare for organized retreat. Plan Zeta. I want us out of here within ten minutes!" The pilot nodded and quickly sent off the message while they sped for the flagship of the fleet, a heavily damaged Duron. Sighing in frustration, Raz'nora turned and headed back into the confines of the gunship, waiting for them to enter the Duron and to leave. He was going to have to re-organize his original strategy. Too many enemies for just his clan to deal with, despite their strength and technological expertise.
OOC: Short but good enough.
"Do you happen to have an airlock onboard?" Velius asked. "We may be receiving another passenger..." ~~~~~ "They're reforming into a different formation... They're retreating, Admiral!" "Good. Keep firing; try to disable some if at all possible. Prisoners to interrogate would be nice. Prepare salvaging crews, and send a report back to Kuat. Tell the Emperor of this new enemy and the other factions in this battle... And once they're gone, open a channel to all remaining ships." ~~~~~ Tessek finally reactivated the subspace link between him and the droid, and discovered it lying on the ground. It had been severely damaged somehow. Muttering an old Quarren curse, he activated the self-repairing protocols. The small repair droids were deployed, and began patching up the Combat droid. Tessek had them repair the legs first; he had to get back to the Gateship where he could begin manual repairs. After a few long minutes, he shakily stood up and limped back to the hangar. He called the Gateship back to the ground, opened the hatch, and stepped in. He grabbed a repair kit and got to work. ((The repair droids work very slowly, and have limited resources... So you can't, like, turn them on in the middle of a battle and just have them keep fixing the droid every time it gets damaged And I know the post sucked; let's just get on with this... xD))
The Harbinger fleet slowly pulled away, still in a giant if staggered bubble. They continued firing, having some ships fall behind and fire then suddenly accelerate and replaced by other ships with better shields, this continued till the edge of the system, then they accelerated. In their wake, around two dozen hulks of different ships remained, Harbinger, Urandi, and OSE, all mingled together in a giant graveyard of sorts. A single Harbinger vessel appeared still partially-functional, it being a broken in half ship. As it floated in space, emergency thrusters on it were activated occasionally to keep it from slamming into other ship hulks.
Then suddenly, a large red portal with small bolts of red lightning shooting here and there appeared in front of the moving fleet. Quickly slipping into it, it shut with a titanic BOOOOOM and a 'subtle' shockwave throughout the system.
------------------------------------------------------------
As the charges on the Nalar's Duron went off, the ship shuddered violently as they caused a little damage. Nalar, of course, was angry and happy at once. They ahd destroyed several Harbinger vessels and 'repulsed' the Harbinger boarding, but they were escaping of course. Then he saw the portal and the ships disappear. Sighing in anger, he pulled up a channel to all ships in the system. "This is Fleet-Admiral Nalar Queyan of the Urandi Republic. Who is it we just saved?" He chuckled, finding it ironic that he didn't even know who he was saving.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Sheperd blinked before replying. "Well our kinetic barriers would stop any fast projectiles, such as bullets, missiles, and your... lasers. Who would this passenger of yours be?" He narrowed his eyes slightly, just a little suspicious even after the agreement.
Cypher laid in his pod which sat next to a large super computer, the wires which were plugged in his head glowed as information was being forced into his AI. A beep acknowledged the end of this process. Geth nodded at each other and the pod opened up, allowing Cyper to crawl out. A sequence of beeps echoed througout the room, this new model Geth was complete. Cypher exited like the machine he was, heading out o recieve his duties, weapons, and his own personal ship.
"Well, my... Apprentice is somehow without her fighter, and she is approaching this ship. She senses my presence on here, and--" Velius stopped as his comm chimed, and at the same time a voice came through on the ship he was on. Valrak's voice came through on his earpiece. "Lord Velius, the other Dark Beings are broadcasting a signa--"
"Patch them through," Velius ordered.
A voice came through, talking in unison with the voice on the ship he was on. "This is Fleet-Admiral Nalar Queyan of the Urandi Republic. Who is it we just saved?"
"This is Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Velius of the Olarian Sith Empire, calling Fleet Admiral Nalar Queyan of the Urandi Republic. While we... appreciate being... saved, I can't help but notice your ships are of similar design to the ones that attacked us. And, not only that, but I sense that you are also very... dark, just like the ones who attacked us..."
OOC: OK for the record, Ive been busy with family and such. Also, I GOT TO SEE AVATAR!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! BEST MOVIE OF ALL FREAKIN, DEEKING, INNNG TIME!!!! 10/10. Now, I must post....
Nalar chuckled for a moment. "Yes, we are. We are basically brothers and sisters... more like cousins. Now, as I said earlier, we are of the Urandi Republic. We are the enemies of those 'Dark Ones' you spoke of. They are known as the Harbinger Empire... One of the most deadly of civilizations to have ever arisen. We are whats left of a noble culture... Now all it is, is blood-lust and destruction... Anyways, we have come to help stop the beings. We made a deal with this being who seems to be a interesting little 'scientist', or something... Saying this was his galaxy and yadda yadda... I don't believe a word of it, as no one owns a whole galaxy without some sort of force. Now, what shall we do now? Negotiations or leave? And who else is here, as I see a triangle shaped ship of decent firepower, and a small ship of large might flying about the corpses of many Harbinger vessels...?"
He waited for a reply.
Aaron slapped the comm button. "This is Colonel Garret of the Earth Ship Redundant. We encountered these Harbingers a while ago in a different system, where they appeared to be setting up a base. They had apparently been in a quick battle there as well. They appeared hostile, so we retreated into hyperspace. When our long-range scanners detected this battle, we compared it with our sensor data from the Harbingers' base, and we concluded that their weapons were being used here, so we came to investigate, and found these Sith here fighting them, horribly outnumbered, so we assisted them. If you'd like, I can send the coordinates of their base to you, though there's quite a large fleet there; attacking them might be suicidal."
~~~
Velius listened to the conversation happening on the comm as a small object in the front viewport began getting larger. As it grew, it appeared to be a Sith Interceptor with a humanoid wearing a hooded cloak riding atop it. Light glinted off of a helmet underneath the hood. As the fighter slowly approached, the cloaked figure hit the hull of the fighter twice, then leapt off of the ship. The Interceptor peeled away, and the hooded being slammed into the viewport of the Normandy, landing in a crouch.
Velius turned back to the captain. "She requests permission to come aboard," he said, translating the message Verelor had sent him through the Force. "And she also has no idea how. At least, not without carving a hole in your hull. And seeing as this is a rather fragile alliance at the moment, I don't think it would be good if she did so."
~~~
Admiral Kar'lav hit the button to open his comm before anyone else could talk. "This is Admiral Kar'lav of the Imperial Recon Star Destroyer Carnage. We require an immediate surrender from all parties. Prepare to be boarded."
Shocked whispers went around the bridge. "Admiral?" someone asked quietly. "The Carnage can't possibly take on all of those ships out there..."
"I know. But the combined might of the Imperial Fleet can. If they attack us now, we shall retreat and return with a fleet large enough to destroy them."
"But the Emperor..."
"He will agree with me; I know him quite well. Once we destroy this fleet and take over this galaxy, we will find the Experiment and that treacherous squid, and Lord Jokanah will have his revenge." Kar'lav grinned. "And the Empire will be expanded significantly. Recall all TIEs. We don't want to leave any behind for these fools to salvage."
Nalar raised and eyebrow in surprise. Glancing at his crew, they all began to laugh slowly but surely. Barely holding back his own laughter, Nalar replied with a hint of anger. "Well I'm sorry to say, but we cannot oblige you 'Admiral'... And I believe you are not welcome here anymore. Leave now, or you WILL be destroyed... I believe my aquaintances agree with me..." He nodded to the communications officer, who began relaying orders. The Urandi recon fleet slowly began moving towards the lone Imperial ISD.
As it floated towards the ISD, Nalar replied to Garret. "Yes, I would appreciate that Colonel... The Harbingers must be dealt with quickly before they can amass their battle fleets..."
---------------------------------------------------
Sheperd glanced to the airlock. "Joker, open the outer airlock and prepare for our guest..." He waited to see his new guest, watching his new 'ally' carefully while holding Liara.
OOC: Short but ehh, not much can happen at this moment... we need to try and get more people to join or something haha.
Velius pressed the comm button again to respond. "Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with the Urandi. Beat it, Admiral." He turned back to the captain of the ship. "Thank you," he said, nodding a quick bow. He glanced at the screen the pilot, Joker--what an odd name-- was looking at, and saw where the airlock was located. He envisioned that, and sent the mental picture to Verelor. He felt her confirm that she'd gotten the message, and was heading to the airlock. ~~~ "I'm afraid we will also not surrender our ship to you, Admiral," Aaron said. He chuckled. "As Lord Velius put it, beat it." He tapped another button to open a private channel with the Urandi flagship. "Transferring coordinates to the Harbinger base to you now." ~~~ Kar'lav waited until an officer held his hand to his earpiece comm, listened, and nodded, telling him the TIEs were onboard, to respond. "Very well. I can understand why a lone ship, even a Star Destroyer, would not seem quite that threatening." He rubbed his chin in thought as he tried to remember where he had seen that enormous red ship before. Then it hit him. The 'Dark Lord of the Sith'.... 'Olarian Sith Empire'... He remembered reading about them. They had met up with Darth Tandrex's fleet, over four thousand years ago. The fleets had destroyed each other, neither Sith Lord survived. The giant Super-Star-Destroyer-like ship was the Velius. After Darth Velius' death, his world had essentially imploded. The Olarian Sith fought each other. Someone had discovered some horrible Sith Spell and destroyed the entire planet. The Velius had still been in it's dock, undergoing construction at the orbital shipyards. It was hit by debris from the planet, and vented atmosphere. The Empire had discovered it, nearly four thousand years later. After researching it, they determined it was impossible to repair the damage, so it was used as scrap metal to build Star Destroyers. But if it was here, something was horribly wrong. That treacherous squid has messed with the timeline! he realized. "Take us out of here. The Emperor will need to know what the Squidhead has done." The Carnage turned and gained speed, heading out of the system. It slowed for a moment, then vanished into hyperspace.
Nalar glanced over th stream of data coming from both the cooridinates and the Imperial vessel going into hyperspace. Sighing, he glanced at his navigation officer and nodded. "We shall now be leaving. I am sending cooridinates to the Urandi staging area right now. I hope you shall all rendezvous there one of these days so we may start negotiations... Thank you." Then suddenly, ship after ship of the Urandi recon fleet disappeared into their individual portals.
----------------------------
Within the hundreds of dead vessels and floating bodies, a single one was still active and fine. A small probe, it was about the size of a human being... And it had recorded every word sent on the com channels throughout th system, including the cooridinates sent by the Urandi. It then turned about and accelerated into a tiny portal of it's own.
---------------------------
Sheperd glanced at the airlock and watched as the last door slid open, revealing another figure, this one obviously female. Nodding to her, he turned back to Velius. "So, what do we do now...? Your plans I don't know, but we plan to find a base of operations somewhere and find out what we can of this galaxy... Maybe try to gather something useful and bring it back to the Council for research or something..." He waited for a reply, while Joker took control of the Normandy and sped her towards the remains of the Sith fleet.
OOC: Ok then... I think Im gonna make the Harbingers a bit more of a large... group then looking through the eyes of Raz'nora. You'll see him and them when they act, not while they're at their base or whatever... If your in battle, then you'll see them, yadda yadda yadda... Haha. Now, let's get this RP rolling... Wanna do something interesting... and we need more people... At least one who will constantly post like us...
"Well," Velius said as Verelor walked in. He resisted the urge to embrace her. It would be showing a sign of weakness. He could not afford to do that. He was a Sith. "I suppose that you could join us back on Olaria for some more official negotiations. We certainly have much to offer each other. You cannot keep this ship running indefinitely; we can supply you with fuel and other supplies, and a place to stay." He chuckled. "We promise, as long as you don't drop an assault squad into our forests again, we won't have to chase you into orbit. And, I know I may be showing my hand, but I would absolutely love to see how your ship's engines work. Anything this size that could outrun a fighter... And, I'm curious, how does your ship travel between star systems? What sort of hyperdrive do you have?
~~~~~~~~~~
Emperor Jokanah watched the hologram intently as Admiral Kar'lav reported. "Sith? Ancient Sith? Are you absolutely certain that it was indeed the fleet of Darth Velius?"
"Yes, Milord. The coloration of the ships and the markings were quite distinct."
Jokanah frowned. What was the squid up to? "Did he bring the other Sith? Tandrex?" He glanced through Kar'lav's hologram to Darth Tandrex's holocron sitting upon it's pedestal.
"We did not see any of the Darkreaver fleet, though, there was one shuttle, that was broadcasting a Darkreaver IFF before it vanished into hyperspace, mere moments after we arrived. I only just learned this while going over the sensor logs."
"Interesting. We must find them."
((Okay, not so great, and it miiiight be a WIP, I might add more. But I've got to go now...))
